Wow, it seems that no one is interested in good news anymore. BTW I hope you don't mind me pointing out, why exactly are these 2 stories good news?

Pipeline attacked, fire extinguished

Murder victims found in vehicle

Just wondering if maybe you didn't notice this yourself. All in all great stories. To bad people like Col don't bother to take a look or make a good comment.

Because good and bad both happen. Shadow just shows both, instead of just the bad.
Keep up the good work!

DJ,

They slipped in as a balance. But think about it. The fire was put out and the pipeline restored (ggod news) and the fact they found the murder victims and were able to turn the investigation over to the Iraqis was also good news. Of course its not good news someone died but gotta give it all, bad and good that comes out of bad..

True, true. I don't mean to be a critic, was just curious if you had noticed, that's all. Great job. Keep them coming.

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Iraqi authorities discovered at least 87 corpses - men shot to death execution-style - as Iraq edged closer to open civil warfare. Twenty-nine of the bodies, dressed only in underwear, were dug out of a single grave Tuesday in a Shiite neighborhood of Baghdad.
Some of the bloodshed appeared to be retaliation for a bomb and mortar attack in the Sadr City slum that killed at least 58 people and wounded more than 200 two days earlier.

You missed this one.
