101st Soldiers save
insurgent
101st Airborne Division Soldiers saved the life of an
insurgent near Kirkuk Tuesday after the insurgent's own
grenade exploded, severely injuring his legs. Iraqi Soldiers were at their post
in Hawijah, just west of Kirkuk, when a man approached and tossed a
grenade at them. The grenade bounced off the roof of the post,
fell to the ground and exploded, severely cutting and burning the
man. U.S. Soldiers arrived just after the grenade
exploded and provided first aid to the terrorist. Once stabilized, the
man was taken to the U.S. military compound in Kirkuk for further
treatment.
Guess we are not all
killing innocent civilians, as reported before the facts come out. But we are
saving terrorist even after they try to kill us. Wow guess we are better than
the MSM woudl have you think.
