I downloaded and played a game called "Lost Chaos" from Aeria Games and found a hidden social net. I was looking one day for a MMORPG to play online and I gravitate to the fantasy RPG type game types. I found this game and web site www.aeriagames.com  and I downloaded "Lost Chaos". I was very pleasantly surprised to say the least.

The game download was fast and simple and the installation (on my Vista Ultimate system) was seemless. The system uses a loader and the program boots up into a prescreen that gives you announcments and links to game pages and Aeria links.

The gamme itself is very intuitive and mouse based as well as keyboard so whichever is your flavor, it works with this one. Chararter development and growth is pretty straight forward and I was able to find out what I needed from interacting with others. I found the other players willign to help out a newbie and soon I was leveling and even had a pet dragon. The maps are easy to read with a coordinate system and there are scores of "quest" for the player to do with rewards and other things once you complete them.

The game is robust and takes place over many lands and places and the range of difficulty. Plenty to keep you busy for several hundred hours. If you wish, you can buy "ap" (aeria points) and buy game upgrades like weapons and potions and such.

There is a lot to this system and it appears to be growing very quickly. If you decide to try it out, look for a knight named DragonAx, he will gve you a hand in getting started... If I am online that is...
