This is my personal view and comments on the issues and events that I feel a need to talk about or express my view. You don't have to agree, but lets carry on a adult, discussion and maybe you will see it the right way, mine. ;)

I have to say I am feeling a little of both self rightious and down hearted. I decried the Wall Street Bail out or rescue or whatever term you wish to call it (call it useless now!!) when I heard about it and researched what I could. Why bail out a bunch of people that basically got themselve into this problem to begin with. I said to my friends, who of course get tired of my political rants, but listen anyway as form of entertainment, that this stupid, moronic bailout was not the way...

OK I am at a loss (not really) as to why my gas price at the pump is not dropping gat the same rate as the drop in a price per barrel for crude. Crude prices have dropped to below $100 a barrel yet my gas prices are not dropping like they go up. So I wanted to see this in a form I can understand so I found a place I could chart it with some accuracy. And here is what I found. I compared crude oil prices with the average US Gasoline at the pump price. And WOW was I surprised. While g...

As part of my pastime I like to answer questions for people oabout my job and law enforcement in general on ALLExperts.com, a question and answer site where you pick who answers your question. I got an interesting question today and thought that I would share it and my answer as it made me really think about why I am a cop and have been for so long.. The quesion was from a young man named Philip: Hello and thank you for what you do!!  I am 21 years old and set to graduate this spring fr...

I downloaded and played a game called "Lost Chaos" from Aeria Games and found a hidden social net. I was looking one day for a MMORPG to play online and I gravitate to the fantasy RPG type game types. I found this game and web site www. aeria games.com   and I downloaded "Lost Chaos". I was very pleasantly surprised to say the least. The game download was fast and simple and the installation (on my Vista Ultimate system) was seemless. The system uses a loader and the program boots u...

Well being a cop for as long as I have (28 years +) I think its funny to watch peoples reaction when they ask me what I think of private citizens owning firearms, and I tell them that I think everyone who wants to and is capable should be able to carry one if they want. I know that sounds funny coming from a cop, but if more people properly carried firearms, I truly think violent crime would decrease. The reasoning behind that is that criminals would know that the chances of the...

John McCain has a few things that are not generally known. One of which is he has a Son serving in Iraq in the Marines. That to me makes the mans judgment on Iraq and things like it, more cautious and careful, exactly what I want. If a man is willing to put his own son in danger, then he must have a really good reason. In addition, It is being kept very quiet, for obvious reasons, but he is serving in Iraq right now. And I found out some other very interesting stuff,...

A 27 year old man beat, stomped, kicked and otherwise brutally beat an infant to death in front of people on a highway. Bystanders said they "tried" to "intervene" but the man pushed them away. The man was finally fatally shot to death by a police officer that had to get to the scene via a helicopter. From the news report: "What we got from witnesses is he was punching, slapping, kicking, stomping, shaking," Singh said. "They tried to intervene and get involved, but their efforts really didn...

Because most people (hence the numbers) do not research things for themselves and believe anything they are fed by the media in general. They do not look at other news or sources of information to make up their own minds about things that the President has said or done. They have been brainwashed by the main stream media. Even when the main stream media says something that is against what they want to believe they will not except it...  They hear something that fits with what they want t...

It was a damn fine day in Iraq today. During operations today: -- An air weapons team fired a Hellfire missile at four criminals as they attempted to emplace an improvised explosive device in northeastern Baghdad around 1 a.m. The missile killed all four and destroyed the IED. -- A separate AWT witnessed two criminals setting up a firing position in northeastern Baghdad at about 1:30 a.m. The AWT engaged with one Hellfire missile and killed one criminal; the other fled...

Knowing me as many of you do, you know that I feel the main stream media is biased against the military, and particularly the current war on terrorism. You also know that I am a former US Army Soldier myself. With that in mind I am sure you remember me mentioning to you that I was starting a YouTube Channel where I would post positive videos about the things going on in the war on terror and especially those things our fine men and women of the military are doing in Iraq and Afghanistan. Becau...

The other day I was reading and posting on a polictical disscussion board when one of the posters wrote a post that quoted a news article and what he wrote was not so shocking as was his response to some posters who responded to it. Here is the orginal post: Police set to search for guns at homes http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/february2008/100208guns.htm As Boston police prepare to go into some of the city's most dangerous neighborhoods, knock on doors of private houses...

As many of you know I have my own YouTube channel where I post videos from the military that most people will never get a chance to see because the mainstream media refuses to show any good news video from the war front. So back in March of 2007 I started a YouTube channel and dedicated it to posting videos I thought that the general public and military families might find interesting, yet not otherwise be able to find or see. With the popularity of YouTube I thought it was the perfect...

"It is 110 yards from the "E" ring to the "A" ring of the Pentagon. This section of the Pentagon is newly renovated; the floors shine, the hallway is broad, and the lighting is bright. At this instant the entire length of the corridor is packed with officers, a few sergeants and some civilians, all crammed tightly three and four deep against the walls. There are thousands here. "This hallway, more than any other, is the `Army' hallway. The G3 offices line one side, G2 the other, G8 is ar...

As many of you that read my blog on a regular basis know I am a old veteran and really have a soft spot for our recent vets. In addition many of you may or may not know that I am also the Police Academy Commander at a Police Academy in North Central Florida. Well with that said I got a telephone call this morning that really bothered me and though many of you would find it interesting and maybe a disturbing, like I did. I was disheartened to get a call from one of my new police recru...
